The 27th Austrian Young Physicists’ Tournament will take place from April 10 to 12, 2026.
The tournament will take place at Montanuniversität Leoben, in Franz Josef Straße 18, 8700 Leoben, Austria. Austrian and international teams can register by e-mail to info@aypt.at until February 1, 2026. International teams are asked to also consider the Policy regarding the participation of international Teams before registering. Teams consist of three high school students and one team leader.
The registration fee amounts to 1000 € Euro per team and covers accommodation, food, and tournament participation for the team members and one team leader for two nights (Thursday to Saturday). Unfortunately, we cannot refund registration fees for teams that have to cancel their participation. For more information, please also contact info@aypt.at.
Mind that this year we are starting Friday at 12:00. If you need to come a day earlier or stay a day longer, please let us know in advance. You will have to pay the additional costs for the extra night(s) yourself, however we can give you recommendations for accommodation.
